1412 LPT Highlights
Tata Motors 1412 LPT is the higher end ICV range of truck in the 13850 kg gross vehicle weight category. In the BS6 updated range, Tata Motors trucks come with 6-key elements of higher profits, enhanced performance, more driving comfort, connectivity and convenience, more value out each truck, and far better safety and security. Aimed at adding value to the transport business, and 1412 LPT is part of this new range of vehicles.
1412 LPT shared the powertrain with all the other ICV trucks with Tata Motors 3.3L, 4-cylinder, 3300 cc BS6 engine. It is a line water-cooled direct-injection diesel type with intercooler. It produces 123hp of power at 390 Nm of torque and tuned to a Tata Motors 5-speed GBS 40 gearbox with 5-forward and 1-reserve gear.
Introduced in three wheelbases of 3600 mm, 4200 mm, and 4830 mm and three cargo body decks lengths of 17ft, 20ft, and 22 ft for the customers’ variety of cargo transport needs. The different variants of 1412 LPT are cabin and body, closed body, fixed side deck, high side deck, container, and reefers.
